Harmony- Yoga Plus...

This fitness class incorporates a unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, Callanetics, Isometrics with Deep Breathing  being the key ingredient. In this class you will integrate the physical, mental and Spiritual functions of the mind and body. Raise and expand conscious awareness with mindful exercise. Taught by Metaphysician Dr. Anna

 

Harmony- Face and Neck Exercises

Meditation 

‘Be Present’ Make the Conscious Connection

A meditation of sorts, this session explores avenues that help us relax, quiet the mind, improve focus & creativity.  Calling on our 5 senses to rescue us from the day-to-day stress of life, we utilize varying techniques, such as visualization, breathing & taste & sound.
